What will you do?

🎯 Let's talk a little about your mission.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it (and we hope you do!), will be to support the successful execution of MyneHub's projects. Your role will not only be to keep them on the right track but also to be the communication bridge between different teams. This involves working closely with international teams to coordinate, organize, and monitor the progress of each project, ensuring that deadlines, scope, and expected quality are met.

You'll work closely with the current Lead Project Manager to organize your day-to-day activities in monitoring the various projects. Above all, the focus will be on your ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changes in the project, and solve problems within this dynamic environment. Although a technical background is not required, experience in fintech and the IT sector will be essential to help you understand the specific needs and challenges of the projects.

If you're interested in growing within a fintech product company that's making a big impact, this could be your place 🙌.

🚀 Here's what you need to know about from their product side.

Well... they're actually developing two different—yet complementary—products, and thinking more long-term, a third one is already in the works. Let's break it down and give you a brief overview of each:

  1. Prepaid Phone Card Credit Advance - This is the most powerful product and the one that most affects the company's billing. It started with a pilot in Panama and will soon be implemented throughout the Caribbean. This product includes features for balance management, reporting, and call center functionality.
  2. Mobile Device Wallet - This is a more ambitious project than the previous one and is currently being developed between MyneHub and the parent company. By generating a VISA card, users will be able to access and control credit on their device.
  3. Payment Processor - This is a long-term project that is still in the design phase. It's part of the company's roadmap but is not the current priority.

Hmm, alright... What does hybrid mean? ➡️ It means between 2 and 3 days of remote work per week.  Initially, during the onboarding period, you will spend more time in the office, around 4 days per week. However, over time, it will become more relaxed and flexible as you gain confidence with the product.

However, there's a lot of flexibility:

  • They know that in the summer—and in Madrid—there's no stopping. The months of July and August are for remote work from wherever you want.
  • Throughout the rest of the year, you'll have vacations, trips, and commitments. Don't give up on any of that! If there's a week when you can't come to the office, it's okay. It won't be a big deal!

MyneHub's offices are in Madrid, at C/ Príncipe de Vergara, 112 –next to Avenida de América metro station– (Utopicus Coworking Office).

The MyneHub team is very close-knit and enjoys, from time to time, breaking away from their computers. Regardless of your background or the team you belong to, working together, grabbing a drink, and catching up is a common occurrence.
