Your role will focus on advancing their AI-based platform. You'll be part of the newly formed "Tagging" team, driving the development of new functionalities in Python and/or C#, and enhancing their search engine performance.
For their infrastructure, they use Azure. For CI/CD, they use Azure DevOps. As an orchestrator, they use Kubernetes, and for search server, they use Elasticsearch.
This opportunity offers a firsthand experience of witnessing a project, team, and office evolve from inception. You'll collaborate closely with seasoned colleagues who bring extensive experience and a proven track record within the company.

You will have completed your onboarding at their coworking space in Barcelona, where you'll receive full support from Marc to get to know the company, tools, and immerse yourself in at least their technical roadmap.
You will have met with HR and the technical team, explored their organizational chart, and set up your internal management tools.
Not only that, but you will be fully integrated into LBR and will have joined their daily meeting to introduce yourself 🖖.
Your responsibilities
Keep communication flowing with key business stakeholders tied to your team's responsibilities.
Work alongside product managers to set and drive the technical roadmap.
You'll be developing software across the entire stack that's relevant to your team, covering everything from Python and C# to React.
Back up your team members.
Make sure the codebase is both high-quality and secure.
Stay on top of and fix any application issues promptly.
How will you do it?
You're joining a powerhouse team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of their ML/NLP systems. Your focus will be on refining their "Tagging" systems, honing in on labeling and extracting information. You'll dive deep into data and AI pipelines, leveraging tools like MLFlow and HuggingFace to craft models that elevate and tag their data platform. Plus, you'll collaborate closely with the London crew, who's on top of search technologies and rankings.
Expect to be in the thick of it with daily stand-ups across borders, syncing up with their global tech squad. Your day-to-day grind? That's with Marc, the top dog (lead developer) developer in Barcelona.
