As we mentioned, each case is different: there may be companies that are prepared to evaluate the team as a whole, and others that prefer to do it separately. In any case, at Manfred we will advocate for agility so that the process is not endless.
For our part, this would not be a possibility. Our position will always be to defend the integrity of the team, unless the team members themselves tell us otherwise.
Yes, we are open to an acqui-hiring modality, in which by hiring a group they end up acquiring the entire company.

Similar to our Talent Agency, but with small variations. It is likely that the direct hiring of 15 people will have a lower unit cost (for each contract signed) for the hiring company than if a team of 2 is hired. In each process we will negotiate and close the fee with the company beforehand, so as not to move anything if the agreement does not convince.

In any case, none of this will involve ANY cost for the candidates.
