Hi! I’m Agus, from Madrid, Spain.

I’m naturally curious and love asking questions—about how things work, how people think, and how to solve challenges. People often turn to me for help when they’re stuck, and I enjoy guiding them to find clarity and reach their potential. At this stage in my life, I’m looking for a remote role that allows me to travel while contributing to a company committed to making the world a better place, with a culture built on empathy, transparency, and learning.

My most formative experiences include studying LEINN, where I built a real company and travelled the world while adapting to constant change; volunteering for over nine years with CISV, an NGO focused on peace education, where I led teams, represented Spain internationally, and learned to thrive in diverse, remote settings; and my professional roles as a Product Owner and Project Manager at NeuroK and dormakaba, where I discovered my passion for tech products and honed my skills working with cutting-edge methodologies and international teams. I’ve also explored entrepreneurship through VaultGP, a digital inheritance product with a strong cybersecurity product, and Tremenda Chapa, a podcast I co-hosted for over two years.

Living and working in places like China, Finland, San Francisco, Shanghai, Mumbai, France, and the Netherlands has taught me to adapt quickly and connect with people across cultures. I excel at problem-solving, coordinating teams, and turning challenges into meaningful solutions.

In my work, I focus on fostering collaboration and maintaining a supportive team environment through emotional intelligence, active listening, and conflict resolution. I prioritize clear communication and transparency, ensuring everyone feels aligned and valued. Personally, I’ve invested in therapy and self-reflection to strengthen my adaptability and interpersonal skills, which help me navigate challenges effectively. I’m committed to continuous learning, seeking growth both personally and professionally, and applying structured problem-solving to keep people and processes at the heart of every project.
