Weekly Product Report: your profile can be saved as a PDF file

Setting a new standard of how a hiring process should be is hard. Sometimes you need to pick your fights, as we are not yet a major player in our market and there are many ways of doing things that are kind of institutionalized. There are things that are not negotiable, though. Our offers will always be transparent, especially in terms of salary, and we have very high standards about how a candidate should be treated. Now it is time to talk about the profile.

Sharing the professional data of a candidate is a topic that we take very seriously. Manfred is all about empowering the users about their data and that's why we are working on a way of sharing your profile to whom you want and with some conditions regarding the protection of your data.

How can I do this?

In our Settings section, you will be able to download your profile as a PDF, so it can be uploaded to a job board or sent to a company if you want to. This has been great work on the Frontend/layout side, and it's all about giving our community value, so they can use their Manfred public (or private profile) in more ways.
